  1. The following companies with their corresponding projects are all subsidiaries of Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (“ALHI”):

  1. To acquire a unit in one of the projects of ALHI and/or any of its subsidiaries, the buyer will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement (“PA”) or Reservation Application (“RA”). By signing the PA or RA, the buyer expressly represents that he/she has read the PA or RA and he/she hereby manifests that the same was understood by him/her, and he/she accepts the terms and conditions thereof as an integral part of the PA/RA and he/she agrees to execute the documents related to his/her purchase such as but not limited to Contract to Sell, Amendment to Contract and Deed of Absolute Sale.
  2. It is hereby understood and the buyer agrees that the reservation fee paid by the buyer shall form part of the purchase price and the same shall be forfeited in favor of ALHI or its subsidiaries in case of delinquency.
